1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the terms under which the sports coach provides coaching and physical preparation services to individuals or groups.

2. Acceptance of the T&Cs

Any booking of a service implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. No special condition shall prevail over them unless formally agreed in writing.

3. Services Offered

Services may include:

  • Personalized sports coaching
  • Group training sessions
  • Fitness and rehabilitation
  • Lifestyle advice and personalized follow-up

Sessions can be delivered in-person (Resort, slopes outdoors areas, home for trainings).

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in euros, tax included (TTC).
A 30% deposit will be required to book in advance.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank wire
  • cash
  • Cheque (upon prior agreement)

Payment terms:

  • In advance for packages
  • At the end of each session for individual bookings

5. Bookings and Cancellations

Réservations : Confirmed only after payment (full or partial).


Client cancellations:

In case of advance cancellation, the following fees apply:

  • More than 6 weeks: 10% of the total amount
  • Between 3 and 6 weeks: 10% of the total amount
  • Between 2 and 3 weeks: 90% of the total amount
  • Less than 2 weeks: 100% of the total amount

Provider cancellations: The provider agrees to propose a reschedule. No compensation shall be due.

In the event of a storm or thunderstorm, the ski lift company may suspend operations

If this makes the service impossible, it will be refunded.

If conditions are deemed too extreme by the provider, the service may be refunded up to 75%.

6. Lift Passes and Ski Area Access

The choice of ski pass and ski area will be agreed in advance with the provider, based on the participant’s level and educational goals.


Refund terms for lift passes are the responsibility of the ski lift company and not the ski instructor.

7. Provider’s Obligations

The provider commits to:

  • Offering professional and safe supervision
  • Adapting to the client’s level and physical condition
  • Respecting professional ethical standards

8. Client’s Obligations

The client declares that they:

  • Are physically able to engage in sports activities (a medical certificate is recommended)
  • Will inform the coach of any health issues or contraindications
  • Will follow the coach’s safety instructions

9. Liability

The sports coach holds professional liability insurance. They cannot be held liable:

  • For injuries resulting from the client’s failure to follow instructions
  • In case of false declarations regarding the client’s health condition

10. Personal Data

Collected personal data is used solely for client management purposes.
In accordance with GDPR, clients have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data upon request.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably wherever possible. Failing that, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where the provider is based.
